  • WECANDANCE 2027 takes place on 14 & 15 August 2027.

  • WECANDANCE takes place on Zeebrugge Beach, set along the coastline with easy access from the surrounding region. The site is located 8 km from Knokke and 15 km from Bruges.

  • Every edition of WECANDANCE introduces a new creative universe, bringing together fashion, music, art and design. A world that takes shape far beyond the dancefloor, influencing everything from what we wear to how we experience the beach.

    The theme for 2027 remains under wraps. A new identity, a fresh perspective and an entirely new chapter are waiting to unfold.

    Last entry is at 23:00 on all three festival days for DAY and WEEKEND tickets.

    WECANDANCE operates an in = in, out = out policy for day tickets. Re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the festival.

  • The WECANDANCE 2027 lineup is still under wraps. An official announcement date has yet to be confirmed, so keep an eye on our website, newsletter and social channels for the latest artist announcements.

Tickets

  • WECANDANCE 2027 tickets are currently unavailable. But keep a close eye on our ticket page and social channels. You never know what might come your way.

    ​

    There is no need to print your ticket. Once your order is confirmed, your ticket will be sent digitally by email.

    ​

    If you lose your ticket, haven't received your order confirmation email or experience any technical issues, you can contact Weeztix at tickets@weeztix.com.

    ​

    By purchasing a ticket, you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions and privacy policy. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another festival day.

  • Yes, but group tickets for WECANDANCE 2027 are already sold out.

  • Not just yet! Details on our WECANDANCE 2027 VIP experiences, including Comfort Tickets and Private Packs, will be announced at a later stage.

    Our Comfort Tickets have previously offered an elevated festival experience, with exclusive viewing decks, a dedicated entrance, private bars and restroom facilities.

    ​

    For those looking for something extra, our Private Packs have included table service, festival tickets, parking vouchers and spending credit.

    Our previous editions have featured Comfort Tickets and Private Packs, offering an elevated festival experience with exclusive amenities, dedicated viewing areas and personalized service.

  • Ticket upgrades are not possible once your purchase has been confirmed.

    If you'd like to switch to a different ticket type, we recommend reselling your current ticket via TicketSwap and purchasing your preferred ticket through our official ticket shop, subject to availability.

Cashless & Refunds

  • Yes! WECANDANCE is a fully cashless festival.

    Your wristband serves as both your entry pass and digital wallet. You'll receive it at the entrance after your ticket has been scanned. All purchases, including food, drinks and merchandise, are made using your wristband.

    Prefer to pay with cash? You can exchange it for credits at designated cashier points throughout the festival.

  • You can top up your wristband anytime during the festival by scanning the QR code on your wristband and completing your payment via Bancontact.

    Want to skip the queue? You can also top up your balance online before the festival using our dedicated top-up link, which will be shared through our official communication channels once available.

    Any credits purchased in advance will automatically be added to your wristband when your ticket is scanned at the entrance.

  • Yes! You can top up your wristband at any time by scanning the QR code with your phone's camera.

    Don't use Bancontact Pay? No problem. You can also add credit at one of our on-site top-up points, where card, cash and mobile payments are accepted.

  • If you lose your wristband, head to the Cashless Helpdesk at the festival.

     

    Our team will block your lost wristband and issue a replacement, allowing you to recover your remaining balance.

  • You can request a refund through our official cashless refund page.
     

    How to request your refund:

    1. Keep your wristband after the festival. You'll need the unique code printed on the back of the chip attached to your wristband. Don't throw it away!

    2. Visit our refund page once the refund period opens.

    3. Enter your unique wristband code. You'll find it on the back of the chip, not on your festival ticket. Make sure to enter it exactly as shown.

    4. Follow the instructions online to submit your refund request.


    The exact refund dates for WECANDANCE 2027 will be announced closer to the festival. Once the refund period opens, you'll have 10 days to submit your request. After this deadline, refunds will no longer be possible. Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the refund period closes.
     

    Please note that refunds are not possible in the following cases:

    • Balances below €1.50: Remaining credit under €1.50 is not refundable.

    • Free credits: Complimentary credits are non-refundable. Paid credits are always used first, followed by free credits.

    • VIP credits: Credit included in VIP packages cannot be refunded.

    • Cup deposits: Paid deposits can be reclaimed by returning your cups during the festival. The deposit will be credited to your wristband and any remaining balance can be refunded under the conditions above. Cups without a paid deposit are not eligible for reimbursement.
       

    Important: Refunds are not automatic. You must submit your request within the refund period and keep your wristband until your refund has been processed.

Getting there

  • Find us on Zeebrugge Beach, just 8 km from Knokke and 15 km from Bruges. Whether you're travelling by train, tram, car, bike or taxi, there are plenty of ways to make your way to the beach.

    BY TRAIN

    Zeebrugge-Strand station is just a short walk from the festival entrance, making the train one of the easiest ways to reach us.

    Plan your journey via NMBS/SNCB and make sure to check the latest connections before travelling.
     

    NIGHT TRAINS

    Information about dedicated Night Trains for WECANDANCE 2027, including destinations, departure times and ticket prices, will be announced closer to the festival.
     

    Keep in mind that your festival ticket does not include train travel.
     

    LATE TRAMS

    Details about additional late-night tram services towards Knokke and Oostende will be shared as soon as they're confirmed.
     

    BY CAR

    Driving to the beach? Dedicated public parking information, including the exact location and ticket availability, will be communicated closer to the festival.
     

    We recommend carpooling whenever possible. And remember, never get behind the wheel if you're not sober.
     

    TAXI DROP-OFF / KISS & RIDE

    A designated drop-off area will be available for taxis and kiss & ride. The exact location and access instructions will be confirmed closer to the festival.
     

    BY BICYCLE

    Arriving on two wheels? Bike parking will be available near the festival entrance.
     

    Bring your own lock, use the designated parking area and please respect our neighbours by keeping public pathways clear.<

    BY PLANE

    Coming from abroad? Brussels Airport is approximately 115 km from Zeebrugge Beach, while Ostend-Bruges Airport is around 35 km away.<

    ​

    From either airport, you can continue your journey by train, taxi or rental car.

  • WECANDANCE does not offer on-site camping. If you're planning to stay overnight, we recommend booking accommodation in Bruges, Knokke or one of the nearby coastal towns, where you'll find a wide range of hotels, hostels and B&Bs.
     

    We recommend booking early, as accommodation along the Belgian coast tends to fill up quickly during summer.

On Site & Facilities

  • Yes! Lockers will be available at the festival to safely store your belongings while you enjoy the day.

    ​

    Make sure to empty your locker and collect all your belongings before leaving the festival grounds.

    ​

    Lost or forgotten something? Check our Lost & Found section for details on how to retrieve your items after the festival.

  • Yes! Paid phone charging facilities will be available in selected lockers throughout the festival, so you can recharge your phone while enjoying the day.

  • Yes! Your hearing matters, so make sure to protect your ears while enjoying the music.
     

    Free earplugs are available at all festival bars, the Safe Space, First Aid stations and the Helpdesk. Don't hesitate to ask our team for a pair whenever you need one.

  • We want everyone to feel welcome at WECANDANCE and are committed to making the festival as accessible and comfortable as possible.

    ​

    To support visitors with disabilities, we provide:

    • Accessible toilets and sanitary facilities

    • Reserved parking and designated drop-off areas

    • Beach wheelchairs available for rent

    • An alternative entrance when needed

    • Safety Ambassadors on-site to offer assistance
       

    Please note that WECANDANCE takes place on the beach, where sandy terrain may limit accessibility in certain areas.
     

    If you have specific accessibility needs or require additional assistance, please contact us at impact@wecandance.be ahead of the festival.

  • Yes! WECANDANCE offers a variety of food options to accommodate different dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free choices.
     

    Allergen information is available at every food stand, so don't hesitate to ask our food vendors if you have any questions.

Safety & Policy

  • To attend WECANDANCE 2027 without supervision, you must be at least 18 years old or turn 18 during 2027.
     

    Visitors who do not turn 18 in 2027 may only attend when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Each parent or legal guardian may supervise a maximum of two minors.
     

    Please note that spirits (strong alcoholic drinks) are strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

  • No. Bringing illegal drugs or alcohol onto the festival grounds is strictly prohibited.

    ​

    Anyone found in possession of illegal drugs will be immediately removed from the festival. Prescription medication is permitted for personal medical use.

    ​

    Please note that alcohol consumption is not permitted for visitors under 16, while spirits (strong alcoholic drinks) are strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.

  • Your safety comes first. Ask for Angela is a discreet safety initiative designed to support anyone who feels unsafe, uncomfortable or experiences harassment at WECANDANCE.

    ​

    If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need assistance, simply approach any festival crew member and ask for “Angela.” Our trained staff will understand that you need help and connect you with our Safety Ambassadors, who will handle the situation discreetly and make sure you receive the support you need.

    ​

    Please take this initiative seriously. Misusing the code phrase as a joke will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival grounds.

  • Your safety is our priority. All visitors may be subject to bag checks and security searches upon entry. Small backpacks and handbags (maximum 45 cm in height) are permitted, provided they pass security inspection.

    Please follow the instructions of our security staff at all times.

    ​

    All safety measures are coordinated with local authorities, police and emergency services to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone.

  • To keep WECANDANCE safe and enjoyable for everyone, the following items are not permitted on the festival grounds:

    ​

    • Illegal drugs or medication without the required medical documentation

    • Outside food and drinks

    • Glass containers, cans, bottles and beverage cartons

    • CamelBaks or other hydration packs

    • Fireworks, explosives or flammable materials

    • Weapons, sharp objects or anything that could pose a safety risk

    • Portable chairs and inflatable items

    • Professional recording equipment, tripods, selfie sticks and drones

    • Non-drinkable gels and sprays
       

    All bags may be checked upon entry, and prohibited items will not be allowed inside.

Lost & Found

  • Here's how lost property is handled after the festival.

    ​

    For the first few days after the festival, lost items can be collected at the crew entrance at Zeedijk 1, 8380 Zeebrugge. Exact collection dates and times will be announced closer to the festival.

    ​

    After this period, valuable or identifiable items such as IDs, bank cards, phones, tablets, jewellery and watches will be handed over to the local police and can be collected at:

    ​

    Other lost items, including clothing, shoes and accessories, will remain with WECANDANCE.

    ​

    Unclaimed items will eventually be donated to a good cause. Further details about the lost & found procedure for 2027 will be shared closer to the festival.
